The services listed below are included in any of the packages chosen:
- contact the client to conduct a thorough assessment of needs depending on their familiarity with Italy and destination city
- preparation of a destination Guide both country and city
- assignment of an RCI Local Counsellor to the client
- provision of a preliminary agenda for the services required
- office hours help-line one year

Together with the business side of things we will also discuss the local area
living conditions, entertaining in the area and social etiquette.
Finally, we will provide information around expat organisations and clubs that may be of interest, help with organising language courses and can even provide help organising trips around the country!
The whole service is optional and can be stand alone or added to any of the packages above, except PLATINUM where it is already included.

Household Goods Shipment, Storage and Insurance:
Only the best packing materials are used by expertly trained staff to ensure that every possession is properly protected while it is in the company care. Any items that are to be stored will be protected in climate-controlled secure warehouse facilities. Competitive insurance is offered to cover goods both in transit and in storage. The company we use is proud to have one of the lowest claims records in the industry - a testament to its packing crews.
• Pet Transfer:

The family pet can be a greater concern than any other single factor in a relocation. All relevant customs regulations and special travel requirements will be first-class priorities so the family's furriest member arrives safely and quickly.
• Handyman and Maid Services:

RCI’s network of service providers can help you turn your new house into a home – our carefully chosen professionals, ones that we trust, will help out with anything from plumbing to satellite dishes and even Internet Services. For those who need help around the home with washing and ironing we will find a home help.
• Ongoing Support:

Once in to the new environment and beginning to settle in there will be everyday frustrations that may need a little assistance to resolve – depending on your lifestyle you will perhaps require the services of a gym, want to know where the swimming pools are, where to eat the best fish in your area, where the best skiing is – we have a help line that is open during office hours to guide you through and help you continue to do the things you enjoy. Moving to a different country doesn’t mean you have to change everything about yourself!!!

We appreciate everybody is different. The above packages have been carefully considered and should cover the majority of relocation requirements…However, we are happy to offer a Customer Configured Package where we will supply the assistance required as necessary – you tell us what you need – this will be charged per half day.
